Heather Rodgers joined Marshall Hotels in December 2020 as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, supporting hotels in the Mid- Atlantic Region, and is responsible for the lead, support, and guidance of the property sales teams. Her responsibilities include driving profitability in both rooms and F&B, implementing multifaceted strategies, and partnering with all disciplines to ensure that all properties see optimal segmentation mix, which ultimately results in positive year-over-year RGI and bottom-line gains. With a vast amount of experience of over 25 years with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Independent branded hotels, Heather successfully implemented quick-hitting proactive sales strategies within the sales discipline and led her teams to achieve revenue targets while impacting newly acquired assets with positive revenue streams.
Prior to joining Marshall, Heather was the Corporate Task Force Director of Sales and Marketing with Schulte Hospitality where she assisted with hotel transitions, conversions, and new builds and was tasked with the responsibility of supporting, training, and overseeing the sales departments across the United States. She formerly worked with GF Management and Hotel Equities (formerly The Witness Group), is a native of Cincinnati Ohio, and attended the University of Louisville with a major in Communications.
